#1 가학폐광산 생태환경공원 조성

가학광산은 1917년부터 1972년까지 금,은,동,아연등을 주로 채굴하다 폐광된 광산으로 총 연장은 약 7.83km,해발 180m부터 -95.2m까지 총 8레벨의 수평 갱으로 지하공간의 활용가치가 매우 높은 수도권내에서 유일한 광산입니다.
가학폐광산이 조성되면 경부고속철도 광명역과 네트워크형으로 개발축을 형성하게 되어 개발의 시너지 효과를 기대 할 수 있으며 지역문화산업의 발전과 청소년들에게 광산에 대한 직접 체험과 학습의 장을 제공 할 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 있습니다.

#2 경부고속철도 광명역 역세권 개발

Dvelopment of Kyongbu high-speed train Gwangyeong station area. Gwangmyeoug-si have a plan to development of Kyongbu high-speed train Gwangmyeong station area to be a the nation's future 100 years for increasing of human and material resources and information interchange.
It is a large-scale project divided into three main parts; the international bridgehead area around station:the tech-culture-industrial area for high-tech:the tourist industrial area concluding a theme park. This plan could move Gwangmyeong-si to a main city which will play a role as a international city in high-tech and trade. It could also create high employment and active local economic controlling income other citizens.
